6. Cash on Delivery

Cash on Delivery (COD) is available only for eligible orders and locations.

A ₹50 COD fee may be charged on eligible COD orders and will be displayed at checkout.

Drape Clothes reserves the right to restrict or disable COD availability for certain customers, locations, products, or orders.

7. Placing and Accepting Orders

When you place an order through our website, you are submitting a request to purchase the selected products.

An order confirmation means that we have received your order. It does not necessarily mean that the order has been accepted for fulfillment.

Free shipping is available on all orders.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products

If the claim is verified and approved, the applicable return or exchange fee may be waived.
